3.2 Contact and request form

When you contact us via the request form, email or phone, the submitted data (name, company, email, phone, request, package choice) is processed for the purpose of responding and preparing a potential mandate.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). Deleted upon final processing, subject to statutory retention obligations.
